Product Information

The product is a High Performance Triple Offset Butterfly Valve designed for high specification use within the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical and Power Industries throughout the Globe. The main structure of the valve evolves from industry standards such as API STD 609, ASME B16.34 and BS 5155.

The design is based on the triple offset butterfly concept incorporated with innovative product enhancing features. The product range will be nominal bore sizes from 3" to 24" and pressure ratings of 150lb and 300lb.

There are four body style options, all in a wide range of materials from the common Carbon Steel through to the more exotic Super Duplex and Aluminium Bronze.

All the components of the valve are manufactured by several UK based sub-contractors, the source of, and security of, supplies of labour and materials is established and monitored through our Quality and Supply Chain Management.

Purpose built production and office facilities are used for the assembly, testing, packing and distribution of all valves supplied, and for the administration and execution of Design, Sales, Contracts Purchasing, Quality Assurance and Finance.
